Our base material Onyx, is a PA6 with 15% carbon short fiber content. Via a second nozzle with print head the components can be reinforced by means of a continuous fiber made of carbon, aramid (Kevlar®) or glass fiber.

The continuous filament has only one start and one end point per layer. The position of the fiber can be selected individually. Thanks to this printer technology, the material carbon wein Klötzchen aluminum can be used and achieve strengths that exceed aluminum, with excellent surface accuracy.
