Serial production of spare parts with industrial 3D printing at mayer-technology GmbH & Co. KG: This means monster-strong 3D prints for you, as we rely on composite fiber (composite) technology. We offer suitable materials for all concerns - metal, carbon, fiberglass and more. Our Markforged 3D printer park produces precision at the very highest level, including automated production monitoring. From single components to industrial small batch production.
Substitute your components in highest precision and extra strong resistances. We produce reliably with consistent quality
– no matter what your starting position is. We adapt our process to your needs.
No 3D data available? No problem. We bridge the gap from 2D to 3D and convert your data. So, there is nothing to be said against 3D modeling. Your spare parts remain continuously available.
Missing design data is created using reverse engineering or manual drawing. Our 3D printers offer an ideal solution especially for discontinued or hard-to-find machine spare parts.
It couldn't be faster: You supply 3D data and we asap deliver your spare parts in the desired size, thickness, material. Our automated, integrated quality control and production monitoring guarantee you series reliability.
Two nozzles for two materials: We rely on fiber composite technology (composite) from our 3D printers. This allows us to optimally meet your thickness requirements. Our material selection for industrial production is particularly wide:
Onyx™
Onyx FR™
Onyx ESD™
ULTEM™ 9085 Filament
Nylon
Our base material Onyx, is a PA6 with 15% carbon short fiber content. Via a second nozzle with print head the components can be reinforced by means of a continuous fiber made of carbon, aramid (Kevlar®) or glass fiber.
Carbon Fiber
Carbon Fiber FR
Aramid Fiber (Kevlar®)
HSHT Glass Fiber
Glass Fiber
The continuous filament has only one start and one end point per layer. The position of the fiber can be selected individually. Thanks to this printer technology, the material carbon wein Klötzchen aluminum can be used and achieve strengths that exceed aluminum, with excellent surface accuracy.
17-4 PH Stainless Steel
Copper
Inconel 625
H13 Tool Steel
A2 und D3 Tool Steel
With our system, components can be manufactured from different metals in a completely new form. The system is also based on the classic layering process. The components are then washed and sintered. In addition to 1.4542 stainless steel (17-4), copper (99.8%) and 1.7744 Inconel (625), various tool steels are also available.
From single prototypes to on-demand spare parts delivery, no wishes remain unfulfilled. Our Markforged machinery is leading in the
3D printing technology and is a guarantee for the highest and latest standards. Additive manufacturing at mayer-technology goes far beyond classic rapid prototyping and already corresponds to a full-fledged manufacturing technology.
Time is money. Solve your spare parts procurement via industrial 3D printing. Additive manufacturing technology delivers a process-optimized increase in productivity and machine utilization, as well as supply chain stabilization. You achieve savings of up to 90%. Availability, independence and innovation possibilities of your company will reach a completely new level.
Fast, simple, cost-effective - in the best quality.
